Job summary

Heart of Supply is seeking a Primary Teacher for Woodhall Spa and surrounding areas. This flexible, day-to-day supply opportunity covers short-term and long-term roles, starting ASAP. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 while building rapport with pupils and staff.

Applicants must hold QTS and have recent UK primary experience. A DBS check and safeguarding compliance are part of our process. Competitive PAYE, supportive consultants and ongoing CPD are provided.

• Proven ability to engage young learners in EYFS to KS2.
• Strong classroom presence with positive reinforcement.
• Effective communication with pupils, staff and parents.

Location: Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles.

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

What you will need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting


• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2


• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement


• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom


• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike


• A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
