Job summary

Heart of Supply is seeking a Primary Teacher for flexible supply work around Woodhall Spa. Start ASAP. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and settle quickly into a variety of schools.

We offer day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities with many leading to permanent roles, a supportive consultant, and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting.
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement.
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom.
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike.
• A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK.

Responsibilities

Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
