Job summary

Heart of Supply is seeking a Primary Teacher for flexible supply teaching opportunities in Lincoln. Roles range from day-to-day to short-term and long-term placements across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

QTS is required. You will deliver engaging lessons, build relationships with pupils and staff, and adapt quickly to different schools while maintaining a nurturing, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting.
• Nurturing and flexible teaching approach adaptable across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement.
• Ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom.
• Clear communication, proactive attitude, and ability to build rapport with pupils and staff.
• Minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles.

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
