Job summary

Heart of Supply is seeking Primary Teachers in Sleaford and across Lincolnshire to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme for the 2026/27 academic year.

If you value the flexibility of supply teaching with financial reassurance, our Guaranteed Pay Scheme offers consistent pay on your agreed days, even when work isn’t available, across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You’ll be placed with welcoming local schools and supported by a friendly consultant through a straightforward vetting process.

Qualifications

• QTS and recent experience in a UK primary setting.
• Flexible, nurturing teaching approach connecting quickly with pupils across year groups.
• Strong behaviour management and proactive communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 on day-to-day and short-term placements.
• Adapt pre-set work while bringing creativity and energy to lessons.
• Follow safeguarding processes and maintain pupil welfare throughout placements.

Primary Teacher - Guaranteed Pay Scheme

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles.

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

Heart of Supply is looking for Primary Teachers in Sleaford and across Lincolnshire to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme for the 2026/27 academic year.

If you enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching but would like greater consistency and financial reassurance, our Guaranteed Pay Scheme could offer the best of both.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with local primary schools across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, covering day-to-day and short-term teaching requirements while remaining flexible across your agreed working days.

Subject to the terms of the scheme, you’ll benefit from guaranteed pay on your agreed available days, even when suitable work isn’t available.

What you will need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting


• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2


• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement


• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom


• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike


• A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
