Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Fully Qualified Teacher to work across primary schools in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The role covers EYFS to Year 6, with a preferred year group but flexible across primary.

Hours are 8:15-15:30, and the position offers weekly pay, enhanced DBS checks, and ongoing consultant support to help you settle in and develop your classroom skills within a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with young children in educational/childcare settings.
• First aid certification is an advantage.
• Experience in Primary Sector.
• Knowledge of KS1/KS2 Curriculum.
• Commitment to progression of pupils’ learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KS1/KS2 curriculum across primary years.
• Promote progression of pupils’ learning and attainment.
• Manage classrooms and communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff.

We are currently seeking out a dedicated and enthusiastic Fully Qualified Teacher (FQTs) to work in a wide range of primary schools across Huddersfield. This gives you a great chance to develop your skills and allows new teachers to become more familiar with a classroom environment.

Role requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Basic first aid certification is an advantage.
• Has experience working within the Primary Sector.
• Has knowledge of KS1/KS2 Curriculum.
• Committed to promoting progression of pupils learning.

• A strong understanding and commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of children
