Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Primary Teacher for a specialist education role in Stevenage. The position focuses on planning accessible lessons tailored to individual learning needs and supporting pupils to develop literacy and numeracy with practical activities and clear routines.

You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, track progress and adapt teaching to meet student needs. Applicants should have QTS and a primary or Early Years background; safeguarding checks and enhanced DBS are

Primary Teacher - SEND School - Stevenage - 160- 260 per day

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Pay: 160- 260 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities
Hours: Full-time, term time

The role involves:

• Using practical activities and clear classroom routines.
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants.
• Tracking progress and adjusting teaching accordingly.

We welcome teachers with QTS and a primary or Early Years background. Previous specialist school experience is welcome, but applications from teachers with strong mainstream SEND experience are also encouraged.

Pay is 160- 260 per day.

Appointment is subject to safeguarding checks, suitable references and an enhanced DBS.
