Job summary

Academics in Stevenage is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils at a specialist school in Stevenage. You will help deliver activities and support communication, confidence and engagement with learning.

You will work closely with teachers, follow individual plans, and promote a safe, inclusive environment while assisting with personal care when needed. Prior SEND experience is helpful but not required.

SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Pay: £90-£100 per day

We are seeking compassionate, motivated and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils at a specialist school in Stevenage.

The school supports children and young people with severe learning difficulties, autism and complex additional needs. This is an opportunity to help pupils develop their communication, confidence, independence and engagement with learning.
