Key Responsibilities

• Tailored Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned with National Curriculum objectives to support children of all ability levels.
• Subject Excellence: Utilise interactive resources, practical problem-solving in maths, and modern phonics techniques to drive pupil progress.
• Support Staff Management: Lead and coordinate classroom Teaching Assistants to ensure a well-managed, safe, and positive environment.
• Assessment & Pupil Attainment: Track student progress using formal and informal assessment methods to celebrate growth and address learning gaps.
• Inclusive Education: Work collaboratively with the SENCO, pastoral leads, and school managers to provide targeted support for SEND and EAL pupils.

Candidate Criteria

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. We welcome applications from both experienced primary teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with UK classroom experience.
