  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to support learning and wellbeing.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and concerns.

Job description

Teacher– Full-Time

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Start Date: 18/9/26
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full time

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher in the Northampton area on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in shaping young minds, delivering high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. You will be responsible for planning and delivering an engaging curriculum, assessing pupil progress, and adapting your teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Working closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a commitment to raising educational standards. You will encourage pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally, supporting them to become confident, independent learners.

The Role

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding pupil progress, achievement, and any concerns.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, parents' evenings, and wider school activities.
  • Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection policies at all times.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
