Job summary

Clockwork Education are recruiting a Primary Teacher for a welcoming school near Crook, County Durham. This long-term role starts immediately and continues at least until July 2027; 5 days per week with 0.5 days for PPA. Interview discussions will determine the year group.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, monitoring progress and assessments, and maintaining high teaching standards. A QTS is required, with ECTs considered and Enhanced DBS disclosure expected.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of planning and teaching the national curriculum (and some phonics knowledge if KS1 is preferred)
• Must hold qualified teacher status (QTS) ECT's will be considered
• Ability to provide 2 x educational based references (preferably)
• Enhanced DBS disclosure

The successful candidate will be required 5 days per week, including 0.5 days PPA time - year group to be discussed at interview.
