Job summary

Vision For Education Ltd. in Newcastle Upon Tyne is seeking a part-time Primary Teacher to join a Year 2 class on a job-share basis, three days per week (Mon–Wed).

The role runs from December 2026 to April 2027 with competitive PAYE rates and a focus on high-quality teaching. The successful candidate will work closely with a partner to plan differentiated lessons, support pupils with SEND, and contribute to strong classroom delivery within KS1.

Qualifications

• Experience of teaching within KS1.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
• Excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities

Primary Teacher (Part-time, Temporary)

£670 - £1,258.55 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

A Primary School situated in Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking to appoint a part-time teacher to join their dedicated team on a job-share basis. The successful teacher will be expected to work three days per week, Monday – Wednesday, within a busy Year 2 classroom. The teacher will work closely with their job-share partner to ensure effective planning and consistent support is provided. The Senior Leadership team are passionate about delivery high-quality teaching and learning and welcome applications from both Early Career and experienced teachers.

• Experience of teaching within KS1.
