Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Primary Teacher for a welcoming North Manchester primary school. This long-term, short-term or temp-to-perm role starts September 2026 and offers a supportive environment focused on wellbeing and community.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils across the primary curriculum.

  • Assessing pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
Requirements or Skills:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for inspiring young learners and helping every child reach their potential.
