We're currently recruiting for Supply Primary Teachers to work across our partner primary schools in Salford on a day-to-day, short-term, long-term or temp-to-perm basis, starting September 2026.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive schools, gaining experience in different year groups and settings while maintaining the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Following lesson plans and adapting activities to meet the needs and abilities of pupils.
- Maintaining a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes to learning.
- Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
- Differentiating learning and providing additional support where required, including for pupils with SEND.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different school settings.
- Completing appropriate classroom administration, including recording pupil progress where required.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
- Upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of all children and young people.
Requirements or Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A flexible, adaptable and reliable approach to working across different school environments.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
