Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Primary Teachers for Maesteg and surrounding areas with immediate starts. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term placements across KS1 and KS2. A strong focus on engaging lessons and positive behaviour support is essential.

Qualified Teacher Status (NQTs welcome) and knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales are required. Competitive rates and a dedicated 24/7 support team are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales and primary education.
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.

• Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

Salary: £172.98 per day

TeacherActive is working with a range of Primary Schools across Maesteg and the surrounding areas to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers for both short-term and long-term opportunities, with immediate starts available.

We are looking for adaptable and motivated Primary Teachers to deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2, maintain strong classroom management and support pupils of all abilities. Opportunities include day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term placements.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (NQTs are also welcome to apply)
