Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is recruiting enthusiastic primary teachers for supply roles across Caerphilly. You will cover KS1/KS2, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining positive classroom environments.

Roles range from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements, with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant team. Applicants should hold QTS (NQTs welcome), have UK primary school experience, and demonstrate strong classroom management and communication.

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable primary teachers for supply opportunities across primary schools in Caerphilly. We work with local schools requiring qualified teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across the Primary Curriculum.

We are looking for a primary teacher to work across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, with opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements. The successful primary teacher will deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment. Longer-term opportunities may also be available where suitable.

The successful primary teacher will have:

• QTS (NQTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and adaptability
• A positive and professional approach to teaching
