Vision for Education Ltd. is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers across Colchester, Tendring and the surrounding villages, offering flexible ad hoc bookings aligned with your schedule and preferences.

As a supply teacher, you'll deliver engaging lessons, manage classrooms, follow existing plans where available, and support pupil progress across a range of primary year groups in local schools. The role offers freedom to choose where and when you work, balancing teaching with life commitments.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different schools and year groups.
• Flexible, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
• DBS update service or willingness to obtain one, plus safeguarding checks.
