Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Primary Teacher to work across Thurrock and surrounding areas, offering daily supply, short-term and long-term placements with flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle.

You will teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, plan engaging lessons, maintain high expectations, and safeguard pupils. Vision for Education supports you with a dedicated consultant and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on experience.
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil achievement.
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet needs.
• Building relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff.
• Working with Teaching Assistants and wider school teams.

Responsabilités

The Role

As a Primary Teacher working with Vision for Education, you will have the opportunity to teach across a variety of primary school settings, delivering engaging lessons and creating positive learning experiences for pupils.

Depending on your placement, your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, depending on your experience and preference.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil achievement.
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff.
• Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and wider school teams.
• Following school policies and maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding.
