Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a Primary Supply Teacher to provide flexible coverage across Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, follow school plans, and adapt to EYFS/KS1/KS2 as needed.

This role offers varied daily, short-term, and longer placements with a supportive consultant, competitive PAYE rates, CPD opportunities, and access to pension schemes.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

The role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you may be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and the needs of our partner schools. Your responsibilities may include:
