Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking confident Primary Supply Teachers to work across EYFS-KS2 in Halton, North West. You will step into varied classrooms, establish expectations quickly, and deliver engaging lessons to maintain continuity of learning.

The role requires QTS or equivalent and experience across primary year groups with strong behaviour management and safeguarding knowledge. Flexible placements, competitive daily pay, and ongoing consultant support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2, ensuring learning objectives are met.

• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups, abilities, and school settings.
• Follow school policies and routines, including safeguarding and behaviour procedures.
• Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each assignment.

About the Role

We are seeking confident and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across EYFS-KS2 in a variety of primary schools across Halton. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about education, highly flexible, and have strong behaviour management skills. It is preferred that you have knowledge/experience of working with pupils that have SEND needs inclusive of Autism, ADHD, ASC and Challenging Behaviour.

As a supply teacher, you will be able to step into different classroom environments, quickly establish expectations, and deliver engaging lessons that maintain continuity of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2, ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management, creating a calm and productive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups, abilities, and school settings.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
