Cover People are recruiting Primary Teachers for supply assignments across Trafford, with schools requiring cover for individual days, short-term absences and ongoing staffing needs.

Location: Trafford Position: Primary Supply Teacher Start Date: Immediate Salary: £130-£160 per day DOE

Cover People are currently recruiting Primary Teachers for supply assignments across Trafford, with schools requiring cover for individual days, short-term absences and ongoing staffing needs.

Our partner schools are looking for dependable teachers who can quickly become part of a school team, take ownership of their classroom and ensure pupils continue to receive high-quality teaching when their usual teacher is unavailable.

Supply Teachers will be expected to:

• Lead the class confidently throughout the school day
• Deliver lessons using plans and resources provided
• Maintain a positive and purposeful classroom atmosphere
• Differentiate activities where appropriate to meet pupil needs
• Support children's academic, social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff
• Provide feedback to the school following an assignment where required

The successful candidates will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
• A secure understanding of the primary curriculum
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• The flexibility to work across different year groups and settings
• A reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
• A genuine commitment to children's education and safeguarding Experienced Primary Teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply. - £130-£160 per day DOE
