Job summary

Cover People are seeking a Flexible Secondary Supply Teacher to work across Trafford's schools on a temporary basis. Start date is immediate and roles range from single days to short-term placements, with daily rates of £150-£190 depending on experience.

Applicants should hold QTS, have recent UK secondary experience, and be confident managing classrooms and safeguarding. You will gain varied school experience, with potential longer assignments and CPD through our partner schools.

• Build rapport with pupils quickly.
• Adapt to different schools, classes and teaching environments.
• Support continuity of learning when permanent staff are absent.
• Provide feedback to school staff as required.

If you're an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility, returning to teaching, or simply interested in taking on supply work without the commitment of a permanent position, we can offer assignments to suit your availability and subject specialism.

We work with a range of secondary schools across Trafford and the surrounding areas, giving teachers the opportunity to work in different settings while providing valuable classroom cover.
