Job summary

TeacherActive is actively recruiting enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work with a variety of Primary Schools across Grimsby and the wider area.

We offer flexible opportunities—from day-to-day supply to short- and longer-term placements—so you can choose when you work while gaining diverse classroom experience. Competitive daily rates of £150 - £230 apply, with support from a dedicated consultant throughout placements.

Qualifications

• QTS with primary teaching experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Ability to adapt to different year groups and school environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across primary year groups
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and effective behaviour management
• Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required
• Support schools across Grimsby and the wider area

Salary: £150 - £230 per day

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work with a variety of Primary Schools across Grimsby and the wider area.

Whether you're an experienced Primary Supply Teacher looking for regular work, an ECT wanting to develop your classroom experience, or a qualified teacher seeking a better work-life balance, we would love to hear from you.

We offer flexible teaching opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements. Whether you're available for one or two days a week or looking for more consistent work, our consultants will work with you to identify suitable opportunities based on your preferences and availability.

We are looking for Primary Supply Teachers who have:

• QTS (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
• A strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to adapt to different year groups and school environments
• A reliable, enthusiastic and professional approach to teaching
