Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking Teaching Assistants to support primary school pupils in March and surrounding villages, including 1-1 and small-group settings.

The role requires a confident, empathetic approach to children, with some SEND experience. A full enhanced DBS is expected, with two references available, and access to car may be beneficial. Salary is £465–£550 per week, paid via PAYE, with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting within the last 3 years (at least 6 months).
• Hold a TA qualification (desirable).
• Experience of working with children with SEND.
• Be DBS cleared or willing to obtain Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Support children 1-1 and in small groups in primary schools.
• Build positive relationships with children and promote learning.
• Assist with classroom activities and SEND support where needed.
