Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking Teaching Assistants to support primary pupils in Ramsey and surrounding villages, with responsibilities including 1-to-1 and small-group work across various year groups.

Ideal candidates will have prior school experience, a calm and empathetic manner, and be able to obtain an enhanced DBS clearance. A TA qualification is desirable, and access to a car is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school or similar setting within the last 3 years (minimum 6 months).
• Hold a TA qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Experience of working with children with SEND.
• Passion for working in education.
• Full enhanced DBS clearance.
• Two recent references available.
• Full-time role; access to a car is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work in primary schools in Ramsey and surrounding villages with a mix of year groups.
• Support pupils on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups as required.
