Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Primary SEND Teacher to join a small, supportive team in the United Kingdom. You will deliver personalised education to pupils with EHCPs and complex SEN, including autism, ADHD and SEMH, in a smaller class setting with a higher staff-to-pupil ratio.

Role focuses on trauma-informed behaviour management, close collaboration with therapy professionals, parents, and local authorities, and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Plan and deliver tailored lessons meeting individual needs of pupils with complex SEN.
• Trauma-informed behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with therapy professionals, parents/carers and local authority teams.
