Winner Education is recruiting a SENCO Teacher for a primary school in the Rugby area. This long-term placement runs 2 days per week, with daily pay rates from £180 to £260.

The successful candidate will lead SEND provision, support diverse needs and work collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies. The role requires SENCO experience in a primary setting, strong SEND knowledge, excellent communication, safeguarding commitment and the ability to drive inclusive practice within the

• Previous experience as SENCO in a primary school.
• Strong understanding of SEND provisions and legislation.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, carers and external agencies.
• Patient, nurturing and inclusive approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school.
• Support pupils with a range of SEN and disabilities.
• Work with class teachers to identify and meet needs.
• Develop and review IEPs and SEND strategies.
• Liaise with parents, carers and external agencies.
• Monitor pupil progress and implement interventions.
• Provide guidance to teaching staff.
• Ensure the school meets SEND statutory responsibilities.
• Contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
