Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Leicestershire. Immediate or September start. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEN in a nurturing environment, where learners are guided to lead their own learning. You will remain calm, patient and deliver creative interventions to help progress.

The position requires Level 3 TA qualification (preferred) and SEN experience; school experience in the last 2 years is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN on a one-to-one basis.
• Experience working with SEN (essential).
• Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years.
