Job description

Protocol Education is working alongside a Salisbury-based SEND school to appoint a Primary Teacher/SEN Teacher for the new academic year starting September 2024. If you are seeking an exciting and inspiring teaching placement, this role may be perfect for you.

Pay scale: NQT / MPS / UPS – all applications welcome

Working hours and weeks: Full-time or Part-time considered

The School

The Ideal Teacher

The school seeks a dynamic, inspirational, highly motivated, resourceful, and enthusiastic teacher to join its team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and organizing differentiated learning and will:

  • Appreciate and celebrate learning in all contexts
  • Motivate children who find social interaction challenging
  • Respond calmly to children’s needs
  • Celebrate progress, big and small
  • Believe in and take risks for children’s development

You should have a solid understanding of child development and experience working with pupils with SEND. A willingness to learn and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
