Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Orpington, with positions available to start immediately. These long-term, full-time roles offer the opportunity to support learning and development for primary-aged children.

You will assist in classrooms, support small groups and 1:1 work as needed, and collaborate closely with the class teacher to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Have experience working with children or young people.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities
• Working closely with the class teacher to provide outstanding learning support

• Supporting small groups and, where required, providing 1:1 assistance
