Job summary

TeacherActive is helping a welcoming Mansfield primary school with a strong OFSTED rating to recruit a Teaching Assistant. You will support pupils from Year 1 through Year 6, alongside class teachers, helping with learning activities, pupil engagement and classroom routines.

Qualifications

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
• Experience working across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong communication and classroom support skills
• A patient, caring and positive approach
• The ability to adapt to the needs of different pupils and year groups

Responsibilities
