Job summary

Inspiring Teaching are seeking multiple teaching assistants for a brilliant primary school in Gillingham. You will help with daily pupil needs, support learners with autism and other difficulties, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.

Typical hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm with competitive pay and consistent work. Successful candidates will work closely with experienced staff to ensure pupils receive appropriate help.

Qualifications

• Natural attitude in behaviour management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a very enthusiastic and positive manner.
• Able to build rapport easily and remain resilient in a busy school environment.
• Experience working with students who have autism, physical & sensory disabilities and learning difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with students' daily needs in the classroom.
• Support inclusion and safeguarding of pupils during learning activities.
• Contribute to a positive, safe and supportive environment for all learners.
