Location: Sheffield S5 (and surrounding areas)
Salary: £430 - £525 per week (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering dynamic, engaging lessons.

• Provide individual and small group support to students who need extra help.

• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and encourage active student participation.

• Prepare learning materials and support classroom activities.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students both inside and outside the classroom.

• Work closely with the class teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Experience in a teaching support role or working with children is beneficial but not essential.

• A proactive and patient approach to supporting children's learning.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents while fostering positive relationships.

• Passionate about helping children develop confidence and achieve their potential.

• Empathetic, compassionate, and resilient nature.

• Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to respond effectively to diverse classroom situations.

• An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
