Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Support pupils academic progress and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to education.
• Foster a classroom culture where every child feels safe, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Use varied teaching methods to inspire and challenge students.
• Maintain accurate records of student development and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
