Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Primary School Teacher for roles in Lincoln and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, track pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs. A supportive school environment and ongoing professional development are provided.

Open to both early career and experienced teachers. Roles include full-time, part-time and supply, with competitive pay and a structured, supportive placement process.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2).
• Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL, or additional needs.
• Set high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour and attitudes to learning.
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress; use data to inform planning and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff; communicate with parents about pupil progress.
