Job summary

Aspire People in Lincolnshire is seeking Qualified Teachers (QTS) for either part-time or full-time roles across Key Stage 1 and 2. You will deliver high-quality lessons, adapt to day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term, or permanent assignments, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive classroom culture.

We value flexible days and hours (8:30–16:00), with long-term contracts and the potential for extension.

Qualifications

• UK QTS (ECT's welcome)
• Proven experience teaching across all primary age groups
• Passion for creating engaging and dynamic lessons
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Enhanced DBS check on update service or willingness to apply

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences for pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Create a positive and inclusive environment in which children can thrive
• Contribute to planning and delivering engaging lessons across primary cohorts
