Job summary

Empowering Learning are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to work across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons and support pupil progress within a welcoming school community.

This role welcomes both early career and experienced teachers who are passionate about high-quality teaching, safeguarding, and developing young learners. Flexible full-time, part-time, and supply options are available, with ongoing professional support from Empowering Learning.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school (KS1/KS2).
• Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Strong communication with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and National Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL, or additional needs
• Set high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and attitudes to learning
• Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress accurately and regularly
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and senior leadership; communicate with parents about pupil progress
• Attend safeguarding and CPD activities and contribute to school improvement
