Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school (KS1 and/or KS2).
• Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the National Curriculum.
• Willingness to undertake enhanced DBS.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND/EAL.
• Monitor and record pupil progress; provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and CPD.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and uphold safeguarding policies.
