Job summary

First For Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a Malvern primary school on a part-time basis. You will support pupils across KS1, planning and delivering high-quality lessons in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasises safeguarding, differentiation and strong pupil progress, with a supportive staff team and opportunities for development. A competitive daily rate is offered with weekly PAYE.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A proactive and reflective approach to teaching.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
  • Monitor, assess and track pupil progress.
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership.
