Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic primary school teachers to work in welcoming schools. This role suits experienced teachers and ECTs who aspire to deliver high-quality education and inspire learners.

You will plan engaging lessons, foster inclusive classrooms, and support pupils' academic and personal growth while collaborating with school staff and parents.

Qualifications

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to outstanding teaching.
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS update service.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Prospero Teaching is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to work within welcoming and supportive primary schools. The Role

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectivelyWork collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
  • Support the wider school community and contribute to school life
The Ideal Candidate

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Are passionate about raising attainment and supporting pupil development
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Are adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding teaching
  • Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
