Suffolk Early Intervention CAMHS is looking to recruit a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, therapist or allied health professional to join us as Band 6 Primary Care Mental Health Worker (PMHW) in our Under 18 Wellbeing team on a 30 hour part time basis.
It is an exciting time to join our service as we continue transitioning to a place-based approach (3 locality teams – East, Central and West Suffolk) working closely with partners across education, health, and social care.
The role will be based in our East (based in Ipswich).

During induction, you will shadow colleagues undertaking assessments, facilitating groups, and providing consultation to schools and other agencies and professionals. Training and support will be provided to gain expertise in delivering an early intervention approach. You will also benefit from regular clinical and management supervision and in-house training on CBT and Systemic approaches.
