Job summary

Bradgate Education Partnership at Highgate Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (27.5 hours) and Midday Supervisor (2.5 hours) on a fixed-term basis until 22 August 2027, term-time plus inset. 39 weeks per year, Monday to Friday.

The role provides targeted pupil support, behaviour management, progress tracking, and safeguarding across the school community, with opportunities to collaborate across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting pupils in a school setting is desirable.
• Ability to implement behaviour strategies to support learning.
• Track progress and report findings to teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils.
• Support behaviour management to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Track progress and adapt support with teachers.
