Job summary

Water Lane Primary Academy, part of REAch2 Academy Trust, is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to support classroom learning and help deliver engaging, inclusive activities. You will work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver learning experiences, including small groups and 1:1 support, in a safe and stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering whole-class learning and adapting activities to include all pupils.
• Ability to bring learning to life with practical, hands-on activities.
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide class support and assist with small group or 1:1 activities to access the curriculum.
• Work with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and learning opportunities.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
