Job summary

REAch2 Academy Trust is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for Unity Primary Academy. The role focuses on safeguarding, inclusive learning, and delivering engaging activities to help pupils access the curriculum.

The successful candidate will support the class teacher, work with groups and individuals, and contribute to a positive, caring learning environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• GCSE grades C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable.
• Ability to raise standards and improve outcomes for all pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide class support and deliver structured small group or 1:1 activities to access the curriculum.
• Deliver whole class learning and bring learning to life through practical activities and hands-on experiences.
