Job summary

Lawley Village Academy, part of REAch2 Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning across the primary age range. You will work with the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive activities and help pupils access the curriculum through practical, hands-on learning.

You should be highly motivated with high expectations, a passion for helping all pupils succeed, and the ability to manage behaviour effectively in a busy classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering whole class learning and bringing learning to life with practical, hands-on activities.

Responsibilities

• Providing class support to pupils.
