Job summary

A dedicated educational service provider is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support primary schools in Aldershot and surrounding areas. You will assist with delivering lessons, provide one-to-one support, and help create an inclusive learning environment. Flexibility in work opportunities is available, whether you are looking for daily supply or long-term roles. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a patient approach to supporting children's learning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils.
• Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management.
• Support the well-being and academic progress of all pupils.
