Long Term Futures is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Brent.

You'll support children who require additional help with learning, 1:1 and small-group sessions, and deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions. This long-term, full-time role offers weekly pay, ongoing CPD, safeguarding checks and the chance to develop classroom engagement and SEN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support across the primary age range
• Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
• Help children access English, Maths and wider curriculum activities
• Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions
• Adapt activities to suit individual learning levels
• Support communication, attention and classroom engagement
• Encourage confidence, independence and positive learning habits
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo
• Monitor progress towards individual targets
