Salary: £150-230 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract:Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role:

As a Primary Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of delivering an engaging, enriching, and child-centred curriculum that promotes curiosity and a passion for learning. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to provide a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and deliver lessons that are engaging, challenging, and aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques to cater to the diverse learning needs of all students, including those requiring additional support.
• Establish and maintain high standards of behaviour and discipline in the classroom, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Assess, track, and report on pupils' progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted feedback.
• Create differentiated resources and activities that challenge all students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
• Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on pupil progress and address any concerns as required.
• Contribute to the wider school community through collaboration with staff and involvement in extracurricular activities.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, with a proven track record of delivering the curriculum effectively.
• A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Effective classroom management skills, ensuring a positive, focused, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
• Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
