be either an experienced teacher looking to progress in their careers within a dynamic learning environment or an Early Career Teacher (ECTs) eager to launch your career in

be an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to work flexibly with colleagues within a strong team and support curriculum development.
quickly build positive relationships with children, understanding their needs to help them reach their full potential and contribute to raising standards across the school.
have a commitment to inclusive practice.
prioritise children’s wellbeing, mental health and pastoral care
have a secure understanding of assessment and be able to place this at the centre of your teaching.
most importantly, be committed to professional development and have high expectations of your own practice.
