Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN/SEMH and additional needs.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and removing barriers to learning.
• Ability to work flexibly across Nursery to Year 6 and support staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs and other barriers to learning.
• Deliver targeted interventions and classroom support.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with staff across year groups to implement Inclusion strategies.
• Use technology to enhance learning and engagement.
