• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) are essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support based on EHCP targets.
• Assist pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour routines.
• Adapt learning resources and scaffold tasks to support access.
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external specialists.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive engagement.
• Maintain brief notes and contribute to SEND reviews when required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Calm, consistent behaviour management.

You will support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language difficulties. The role includes both 1:1 and small‑group support.
